We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changes.

Ordering & Payment

We strive to ensure all descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

• Payment: We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and selected e-wallets.
• Order Confirmation: Your order is only confirmed once you receive an automated confirmation via email or SMS.
• Modifications: Changes to orders can only be made within 5 minutes of placement.

Delivery & Pickup

Our goal is to deliver your wings fresh and hot. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather, traffic, and order volume.

• Delivery Area: We currently serve Parañaque and surrounding areas. Check the order page for availability.
• Responsibility: Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our food, we do not offer returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong flavor, missing items, or quality concerns), please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your food for a resolution or store credit.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mood's Wing and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Mood's Wing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the consumption of our products, including allergic reactions if dietary warnings were not followed.
